Grace Community Health is a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides equitable healthcare access to all individuals experiencing homelessness or lack of resources, regardless of their circumstances. Through collaboration, advocacy, and innovation, we empower people to achieve better health outcomes.
Clinic Hours and Location
Grace Community Health offers a Primary Care Clinic. We are here for sick visits or for chronic disease check-ups.
Location: Longview Community Ministries, 506 N Second Street, Longview, Texas 75605
Day: Monday afternoons
Hours: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Appointments and walk-ins are welcome.
How to Access Services
Grace Community Health operates through volunteer medical providers and community partnerships. Services are provided free of charge to eligible patients experiencing homelessness or lack of healthcare resources.
To schedule an appointment:
- Call (903) 921-9221 during business hours to schedule your appointment.
- Appointments are accepted but are NOT required; walk-ins are accepted.
